<p>JOB SUMMARY</p> <p>Monday-Friday 10 am- 7 pm</p> <p>This management position is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the order fulfilment team. Distribute and monitor workload, motivate team to ensure order are picked and invoice in accordance with our quality guidelines.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Supervise the daily operations of the Order Fulfillment Resolution Associates </li><li>Responsible for routing/delivering all picked inventory to specific drop off locations throughout the production floor </li><li>Manage incoming sales order workload </li><li>Manage incoming production order workload </li><li>Ensure timely and accurate invoicing </li><li>Delivering all invoiced orders to shipping in a timely and organized manner </li><li>Manage incoming Credit Holds </li><li>Mentor and train all new team members </li><li>Cross-Train team members as needed </li><li>Monitor daily activities to ensure that accuracy, and quality standards are maintained </li><li>Troubleshoot and help resolve workflow or system issues </li><li>Excellent communication with direct managers, peer supervisors and direct team members </li><li>Contribute to the development of processes and procedures </li><li>Promote safety, workspace organization and cleanliness </li><li>Maybe be modified from time to time. Other duties may be assigned. </li></ul> <p>METRICS AND MEASUREMENTS</p> <p>Warehouse Operations Supervisors will be expected to ensure all direct reports maintain a goal attainment level of at least 100% based on the established performance metrics (TBD). Failure to meet this minimum level for a period of two consecutive months will result in MRS action.</p> <p>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Order Fulfillment Associate </li><li>Temporary Labor (as needed) </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Supervisory experience </li><li>Detail oriented </li><li>Computer literate </li><li>Some technical competency </li></ul> <p>KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED</p> <ul> <li>Computer proficiency </li><li>Ability to multi-task </li><li>Ability to work at fast pace </li><li>Attention to detail </li><li>Problem solving abilities </li><li>Good communication skills </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent preferred </li></ul> <p>CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Forklift licenses (as necessary) </li><li>OSHA 30 Authorization </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</p> <ul> <li>Occasional sitting, reaching/working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling. </li><li>Frequent walking. </li><li>Frequent standing and repetitive hand motion. </li><li>Lifting requirements include repeated lifting of up to 10 pounds, frequent lifting of up to 35 pounds, and occasional lifting up to 100 pounds. </li><li>Frequent walking on open, raised catwalk. </li></ul> <p>BONUS/COMMISSION PLAN</p> <p>Eligible for annual company performance based bonus.</p> <p>WORK SCHEDULE</p> <p>Work hours are typically 10:00am to 7:00pm, Monday through Friday, with one hour for lunch. Employee is expected to report to work on time and adhere to accepted time-off policies. Additional and/or off-hour shifts may be required for production coverage.</p>
