<p>Maintenance II</p> <p>Department: Maintenance</p> <p>FLSA/Classification: Non-Exempt/Hourly</p> <p>Pay Rate: $16.00 - $22.40/hr DOE</p> <p>Reports to: Facilities Supervisor</p> <p>Location: Wesley Willows Campus- Rockford, IL</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>To perform maintenance duties, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and equipment or facility repairs.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Perform basic electrical repairs, such as GFI replacement, outlet replacement, switch replacement, and basic troubleshooting. </li><li>Performs basic plumbing repair; repair/replace sink and shower faucets, repair/replace toilets, repair/replace sink drains, and basic troubleshooting. </li><li>Maintain and repair heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment; replace filters, Aprilaire elements, thermostats (air and electrical), and air handler belts. </li><li>Perform minor drywall repairs. </li><li>Complete basic carpentry work; fit and replace doors. </li><li>Perform all Maintenance level I functions. </li><li>Maintains a safe and productive work environment. </li><li>Assists with resident relation program; handle all resident concerns promptly. Keep the Director of Facilities and Grounds informed of all resident issues. </li><li>Completes all special assignments/projects as required by the Director of Facilities and Grounds. </li></ul> <p>Performance Measurements:</p> <ul> <li>Job Knowledge Communication </li><li>Quality of Work Adaptability </li><li>Quantity of Work Teamwork </li><li>Customer Service Safety </li><li>Initiative Resident Satisfaction </li></ul> <p>Minimum Education/Skills/Experience/Credentials:</p> <ul> <li>High school graduate or equivalent.
