Our office located in Lincoln, RI is seeking a Sponsorship Coordinator to join the team!</p> <p>Job Overview:</p> <p>Coordinates and oversees corporate sponsorship activities as directed by the Sponsorship Manager, working independently with minimal supervision.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Identify sponsorship opportunities and review proposals to maximize benefits that closely align with Amica's marketing strategy and increase visibility and brand awareness. </li><li>Mentor and assist new sponsorship team members, and the Sponsorship Specialist and Sr. Sponsorship Specialist levels as needed. </li><li>Review and delegate sponsorships originating from the Amica Companies Foundation, Amica.com and non-target market branches as requested. </li><li>Work closely with the public relations and social media staff to maximize sponsorship reach through PR and social media channels. </li><li>Partner with the Media team on identifying, analyzing, and executing integrated media sponsorships. </li><li>Coordinate sponsorship information/stories monthly for the Amica News. </li><li>Travel to and work events that are held locally as well as across the country. </li><li>Coordinate branch support at events. </li><li>Speak at events when opportunities exist. </li><li>Monitor and reconcile the sponsorship and promotional budget and report quarterly to the Sponsorship Manager. </li><li>May be called upon to handle other duties as required. </li></ul> <p>Salary and Work Schedule:</p> <p>Our annual starting salary is between $65,850 - $82,5360 based on your level of experience. Compensation will be thoughtfully evaluated to reflect your valuable expertise.</p> <p>The 37.5-hour work week is from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:45 PM. This role occasionally requires evening and weekend work for events.</p> <p>This is a hybrid position that requires three days per week in our Lincoln, RI office and provides two work from home days per week.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree preferred but not required </li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to simultaneously coordinate multiple projects. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with personnel at all levels of the company. </li><li>Word processing and database creation skills. </li><li>Position entails non-traditional hours, travel, working weekends and overtime when necessary. </li><li>Position involves a high level of physical activity including booth set-up, lifting and prolonged hours on your feet. </li></ul> <p>Total Rewards:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, dental, vision coverage, short- and long-term disability, and life insurance </li><li>Paid Vacation - you will receive at least 13 vacation days in the first 12 months, amounts could be greater depending on the role. The background check will not be initiated until after a conditional offer of employment is made and the candidate accepts the offer.
