<p>Pay ranges from $20-$22/hour, based on experience</p> <p>At Country Meadows, our Restorative Caregiver plays a hands-on role in supporting residents' mobility, independence, and overall well-being through a structured restorative and rehabilitation-support program. We're looking for someone with a strong caregiving background-ideally in a personal care or senior living environment-who is comfortable working directly with residents to carry out restorative exercises, ambulation programs, and daily activity plans. This is a non-licensed position focused on compassionate, consistent resident support rather than clinical therapy, making it a great fit for experienced caregivers who are passionate about helping older adults thrive.
