Partner across product, design, technology, and modeling to turn insight into impact. Champion data quality, governance, and controls as you elevate our analytics maturity. Lead and develop a diverse team while promoting an inclusive, collaborative culture.</p> <p>As the Head of Analytics on the Chase Offers Team, you translate our strategic priorities into a clear data and analytics vision that delivers growth and better customer experiences. You partner with product owners and functional leaders to apply machine learning and AI, automate analytics, and tell a unified story across teams. You build industry-leading data assets, ensure our digital experiences capture the right signals, and continuously improve self-service for product, design, and technology. You lead with influence, communicate complex ideas simply, and drive measurable business impact while upholding strong governance and controls.</p> <p>Job responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Translate strategic priorities into a data and analytics roadmap and outcomes. </li><li>Organize and align analytics support for each functional leader and product owner. </li><li>Apply machine learning and AI to grow the business, solve problems, and improve customer experiences. </li><li>Automate repeatable analyses and elevate data visualization for decision-making. </li><li>Conduct deep-dive analyses and partner with Modeling Center of Excellence on predictive models. </li><li>Build industry-leading data assets and ensure digital experiences capture essential behavioral signals. </li><li>Integrate behavioral, transactional, and customer feedback data to enhance digital journeys and funnel conversion. </li><li>Prioritize analytics roadmaps with stakeholders and flex team capacity across priorities. </li><li>Influence senior stakeholders, communicate insights clearly, and drive adoption and action. </li><li>Lead, coach, and develop a diverse analytics team; engage external communities to attract talent. </li><li>Own data risks and controls, ensuring data quality, appropriate use, and support of firmwide governance initiatives. </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>10+ years of experience as a data or analytics executive or in a closely related field. </li><li>Experience in financial services, retail, digital, or consulting. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and measurable business outcomes. </li><li>Proven leadership managing large, diverse teams with a strong coaching and development focus. </li><li>Strong influencing and communication skills with senior executives; ability to simplify complex ideas. </li><li>Process- and controls-oriented leadership with robust governance and controls understanding. </li><li>Strong understanding of business controls and data risk, including data quality and appropriate use. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders with competing priorities and drive consensus. </li><li>Track record of partnering across product, design, technology, and analytics teams to deliver impact. </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>Experience with a Fortune 500, customer-centric brand. </li><li>Strong grasp of new technologies, competitive landscapes, and the regulatory environment. </li><li>Experience leading model development partnerships for marketing and sales, pricing, and capacity planning use cases. </li><li>Experience improving self-service analytics capabilities for product, design, and technology teams. </li><li>Experience identifying and resolving funnel friction to improve conversion in digital channels. </li><li>External engagement with the data science community to build employer brand and attract talent. </li><li>Familiarity with cloud migrations and model governance initiatives. </li></ul>
