<p>Description</p> <p>Highland Midtown Apartments is seeking a reliable, experienced Building Engineer - Lead Maintenance with hands-on experience in high-rise mechanical systems, including fan coil units, central chiller, and boiler operations.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead daily operations and maintenance for a high-rise residential property. </li><li>Oversee and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fan coil units, chillers, boilers, pumps, plumbing, and electrical systems. </li><li>Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and system performance. </li><li>Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner </li><li>Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements </li><li>Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas </li><li>Provide residents with outstanding customer service </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of building maintenance experience; high-rise or large multifamily property experience preferred. </li><li>Proven experience as a Building Engineer or similar role </li><li>Strong background in HVAC systems, particularly fan coil units, chillers, and boilers. </li><li>Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task. </li><li>Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and in a team environment. </li></ul> <p>Our Perks & Benefits:</p> <p>Taking care of our clients and residents starts with taking care of our team.
