<p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Four-year degree or Four years of relevant job experience </li><li>Forty hours in person, not work-from-home </li><li>Main focus on restaurant operations, supportive focus on social media content </li></ul> <p>Vision</p> <ul> <li>Develop Business Plan for the year with the Operator and share with Executive Leadership Team defining all goals and a plan to reach them </li><li>Meet with Executive Leadership Team weekly </li><li>Meet with reporting Coordinator Team weekly </li><li>Embody & share Chick-fil-A Appleton's Mission, Vision, Values, & Chick-fil-A's Corporate Purpose to your team </li></ul> <p>People</p> <ul> <li>Recruit, Train, & Develop Coordinator Team that reports to Director of Marketing </li><li>Coordinator Team: Catering Coordinator, Community Engagement Coordinator, Guest Experience Coordinator, and Social Media Coordinator </li><li>Collaborate with the Director of Talent and Leadership Development on implementing Marketing Training into all Front of House Team Members </li><li>Continuously develop your team: Weekly meetings with Directors & Coordinators to challenge & encourage </li><li>Continuously develop yourself: 1 book on Leadership or Personal Growth/2 months and 1 Podcast Weekly on Leadership or Personal Growth </li><li>Ensure Individual Development Plans are created for all emerging leaders </li><li>Hold your team accountable for their responsibilities </li><li>Complete Coordinator Evaluations quarterly </li></ul> <p>Quality & Guest Experience</p> <ul> <li>Time block your schedule daily / weekly to ensure that all areas of business are being seen </li><li>Enforce commitment to EXCELLENCE in ALL THINGS, OWNERSHIP & TEAMWORK </li><li>Work in Operations during peak hours to assist team and build unity </li><li>Ensure that all events & catering that we do are done with EXCELLENCE and are 1st class in hospitality & service, exceeding customer expectations </li><li>Ensure all deliveries follow Catering SOP and that Food Safety and Quality are of 1st importance </li><li>Follow up with Catering Guests for feedback and track for future/continued business </li><li>Ensure that the Brand and Sales Growth Team collaborates with Operations in a timely manner to ensure a quality experience for both clients and the business </li></ul> <p>Brand & Sales Growth</p> <ul> <li>Grow the business inside and outside our 4 walls </li><li>Ensure all POP materials are in place for all company rollouts </li><li>Leverage 3 sales metrics: Transaction Count, Check Average, Outside Sales </li><li>Establish Goals & Strategic Objectives in 3 marketing areas: Catering, Guest Experience/Hospitality, and Community Engagement </li><li>Community Engagement: </li></ul> <p>Be active/aware in the community</p> <p>Professionally execute Community Engagement and Community Care Events every month</p> <p>Ensure relationships are being formed and maintained in compliance with Community Partnership Framework</p> <p>Ensure Donation and Fundraising Requests receive timely and appropriate responses</p> <p>Financial Return</p> <ul> <li>Be a faithful steward of the Marketing Budget (<1.5%) </li><li>Show on paper how events & use of budget affected the bottom line </li></ul> <p>SCORECARD:</p> <p>Increase in Yearly Sales >8%</p> <p>Increase in Outside Sales >20%</p> <p>Increase in Transaction Count >15%</p> <p>Check Average: Top 20% in Midwest Region</p> <p>CEM Scores: Top 20%</p> <p>ACE Scores: Top 10%</p> <p>Additional Measurements: Food Distribution, Catering Accuracy,</p> <p>In-Restaurant Events, Social Media Engagement</p> <p>Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
