The LPN assists in the implementation of the delivery of health care services, assists fellow employees in providing the highest quality personalized patient care, and maintains a positive work relationship with the health care team. Electronic Medical Record (EMR) order entry for medication, laboratory or radiology may be completed when delegated.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <p>Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing with current registration with the</p> <p>State of Ohio Board of Nursing.</p> <ol start="2"> <li> <p>Must be willing to rotate shifts and units.</p> </li><li> <p>LPN's hired after January 19, 1990 must hold NAPNES or OOPNA medication card.</p> </li><li> <ol start="4"> <li>Obtain and maintain active certification from the American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS required.
