The ideal candidate will bring strong project management experience-including QA/QC oversight, procurement, and detailed design-and excel in building client relationships, developing compelling proposals, and securing project funding. This is an exciting opportunity to lead impactful projects and contribute to the continued growth of our dynamic team.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Pump Station Design: Lead the design and implementation of pump stations, ensuring efficient and effective operations.</p> <p>Hydraulic Systems: Design and analyze water/wastewater/stormwater hydraulic systems to meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.</p> <p>Project Management: Oversee project lifecycle from inception to completion, including QA/QC, procurement, and design phases.</p> <p>Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.</p> <p>Proposal Writing: Prepare detailed and competitive proposals to secure new projects and funding opportunities.</p> <p>Funding: Identify and pursue funding opportunities, including grants and partnerships, to support project initiatives.</p> <p>Skills, Knowledge and Expertise</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering, master's degree a plus </li><li>Project management experience preferred </li><li>Strong knowledge of hydraulics for water and wastewater systems </li><li>Strong understanding of water/wastewater/stormwater hydraulics systems and pump station design </li><li>Professional Engineer (P.E.)
