<p>The Benefits Representative supports the administration of the company's benefits programs and assists associates with benefits-related questions. This role focuses on day-to-day operations, data entry, and ensuring accurate communication between internal systems and external vendors.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Respond to associate inquiries regarding benefits plans, eligibility, and enrollment </li><li>Assist with processing life event changes </li><li>Maintain and update benefits information in the HRIS system </li><li>Support the transmission and accuracy of HRIS feeds to and from benefits vendors </li><li>Ensure documentation and records are accurate and compliant with company policies </li><li>Provide administrative support during open enrollment and other benefits-related events </li><li>Collaborate with the Senior Benefits Representative and HR team on process improvements </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>ESSENTIAL:</p> <ul> <li>Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related field </li><li>1-3 years of experience in benefits administration or HR support </li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail </li><li>Clear and professional communication skills </li><li>Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite </li><li>Basic understanding of benefits regulations and compliance </li></ul> <p>At SECURA, we are transforming the insurance experience by putting authenticity at the forefront of everything we do.
