<p>Overview:</p> <p>2026 Touring Water Parade</p> <p>Join the Splash Water Parade Touring Team!</p> <p>The Splash Water Parade is a groundbreaking touring production that combines singers, dancers, breathtaking water effects, cutting-edge technology, and dazzling performances. We're looking for talented individuals with diverse technical, operational, and creative expertise to bring this spectacular parade to life on one of our 2 multi-city tours.</p> <ul> <li>All roles are seasonal positions </li><li>Work is based on a 6 day work week </li><li>Days are expected to vary between 8 and 10 hours per day </li><li>Travel and housing are covered completely by the company. Hotel rooms based on double occupancy. Meal expenses are not covered. </li><li>Rates are flat pay and there is no separate Per Diem </li></ul> <p>BLUE TOUR 2026</p> <ul> <li>Six Flags over Georgia (Austell, GA) = Late May - Mid June </li><li>Carowinds (Charlotte, NC) = Late June - Mid July </li><li>Dorney Park (Allentown, PA) = Early August - Late August </li></ul> <p>o Most seasonals begin May 12 and run through 8/28</p> <p>GREEN TOUR 2026</p> <ul> <li>Kings Dominion (Doswell, VA) = Late June - Mid August </li></ul> <p>o Most seasonals begin June 16 and run through August 14th.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Float Pumps and Water Systems Technician (1 Per Tour)</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Reports to the Technical Manager </li><li>Maintain water quality with testing, system maintenance and treatments. </li><li>Monitor, repair, and maintain float pump systems and structural integrity. </li><li>Conduct water system checks and calibrations to adapt to venue-specific needs. </li><li>Coordinate with leadership on water system needs during assembly and tour phases. </li><li>Execute maintenance, protection and operation of water show action equipment. </li><li>Participate in float assembly/disassembly, load-in/load-out during tour moves. </li><li>Coordinate site preparations, ensuring water supply and system needs are met at each location. </li><li>Troubleshoot all technical failures having to do with water systems during rehearsals and performances. This includes power supplies to those systems. </li><li>Document and communicate status of water play systems, including maintenance schedules and incidents. </li><li>Plan and implement modifications to water play systems to adapt to venue-specific requirements. </li><li>Prepare water play equipment for transport between venues. </li><li>Performs routine water quality testing and reporting. </li><li>Maintains safety and quality at all times. </li><li>Performs routine chemical treatments to maintain water quality. </li><li>Assist in refilling float water systems and water props as necessary. </li><li>Prepares all water systems for winter storage at end of run. </li><li>Drive and or direct a float or show vehicle in show or when necessary. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Minimum Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record </li><li>Willingness to drive a parade float when necessary </li><li>2-4 years of experience with water play equipment systems in themed entertainment settings. </li><li>Knowledge of water system operations, including pumps, filtration, and fountain systems. </li><li>Familiarity with safety protocols and maintenance of large moving structures, especially floats. </li><li>Proven experience in water quality maintenance such as with water park operation or maintenance teams. </li><li>Experience with maintaining and repairing variable speed water pumps. </li></ul> <p>Desired Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Experience maintaining parade floats or theme park ride systems. </li><li>Knowledge of digitally controlled water effects used in theme parks or live shows. </li></ul> <p>Weekly Pay Rate:</p> <ul> <li>$1, 250.00 (Travel, Hotel Covered) </li></ul>
