<p>Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc.</p> <p>Mechanical Process Engineer</p> <p>Indianapolis, IN, United States | req28259</p> <p>What you will enjoy doing*</p> <ul> <li>Your primary responsibility will be overall equipment ownership and direct technical support of the product line assigned to you </li><li>You will develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and procedures for mechanical systems to ensure reliability and performance </li><li>Further you will provide hands-on technical support to production and maintenance teams in resolving mechanical issues and process-related challenges </li><li>Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address mechanical failures and production downtime </li><li>Analyze production data and prepare reports on process performance metrics </li><li>Train and mentor production and maintenance personnel on mechanical processes and equipment operation </li><li>Foster a culture of continuous improvement and encourage knowledge sharing among team members </li></ul> <p>What makes you great</p> <ul> <li>You have a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or other related Engineering or Engineering Technology field required </li><li>5 - 7 years of experience working in a manufacturing or industrial process environment required </li><li>The ideal candidate must possess the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a demanding environment, demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions </li><li>Extensive experience with hands-on troubleshooting and installing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems </li><li>You have experience with Allen Bradley operating systems (preferred) and basic knowledge or ladder logic troubleshooting and programming </li><li>You have previous experience managing capital projects and proven ability to manage multiple tasks at one time </li><li>You should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, 3D CAD (SolidWorks), and AutoCAD </li></ul> <p>Why you will love working with us</p> <p>Linde Advanced Material Technologies, formerly Praxair Surface Technologies, is a company that revolutionizes industries through innovative materials and surface coatings.
