<p>Job Summary:</p> <ul> <li>Great working environment in a PET/CT and outpatient department </li><li>University Radiology Associates, LLP., located at 550 Harrison Center, Syracuse, N.Y. </li><li>No PET experience necessary will train </li><li>No weekends or call </li><li>Performs all duties with hybrid imaging in a PET/CT outpatient department </li><li>No PET experiences necessary will train </li><li>Calculates, orders, administers and records radioactive isotopes </li><li>Instructs patients on proper exam preparation </li><li>Verify physician orders for procedures as well as properly identifying patient </li><li>Performs all required quality control procedures </li><li>Maintains compliance with continuing education requirements </li><li>We have a wonderful opportunity for a Nuclear Medicine Tech to sit for the NMTCB(CT) boards, as a student, enrolled with our College of Health Professions </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <p>CNMT or ARRT(N) and NYS DOH (Nuclear Medicine) License. Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross is required.
