<p>We are accepting resumes for a Support Services Clerk to join us at the Gatti, Keltner, Bienvenu & Montesi personal injury law firm in Memphis, Tennessee. Initially, this will be a part-time position, which will lead to full-time within approximately 6 months.</p> <p>Our team shares the common goal of providing clients with 5-star customer service and excellent legal representation.</p> <p>We are looking for leaders in our community who cultivate those around them, appreciate our culture, and want to be more than employees, processors, or paper pushers. Our experienced legal team</p> <p>A DAY IN THE LIFE OF SUPPORT SERVICES</p> <p>The Support Services department of GKBM is one of the backbones of the firm. This team works hard every day to serve our staff and our clients by providing all courier services, processing of incoming and outgoing mail, stocking office supplies, stocking vending machines, moving furniture, and setting up workstations, general cleaning and taking care of our offices.</p> <p>Though you are self-directed and able to work independently, you are also a team player who collaborates well with everyone at the firm to make things happen for our clients. No day is ever the same in this role, and every day is all hands on deck!</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SUPPORT SERVICES CLERK</p> <ul> <li>> 2 years of customer service experience </li><li>> 2 years of experience in a professional office environment </li><li>High aptitude for multi-tasking and drive for getting things taken care of </li><li>Thrives in a fast paced environment </li><li>Reliable transportation and a clean driving record </li><li>Ability to lift 50+ pounds </li><li>Ability to maintain knowledge of law firm policies and procedures </li><li>The urgency to provide above-and-beyond customer service </li></ul> <p>Are you able to prioritize tasks effectively? Can you function under pressure from deadlines? Do you have excellent communication skills? Are you flexible and resilient in an ever-evolving atmosphere? Do you exhibit sound judgment?
