This includes pumps, motors, conveyors, gear boxes, and more. The Industrial Mechanic will check the performance, clean, lubricate, diagnose, and test damaged machine parts to determine the necessary repairs.</p> <p>Primary Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and detailed repair drawings related to Construction equipment and machinery </li><li>Dismantle equipment when required and reassemble : Pumps, motors, conveyors, gear boxes </li><li>Move equipment to the appropriate site for repair or maintenance </li><li>Create solid foundations for machines on-site </li><li>Align and calibrate machinery and equipment parts </li><li>Grind and file machinery parts onsite </li><li>Adheres to the company's safety policies to create a safe work environment </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li><li>Read tape measures </li></ul> <p>PM21</p> <p>Adena Lakeland - Industrial Mechanic</p> <p>Desired Qualifications/Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to read specifications, tape measures, and blueprints </li><li>Ability to use equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds </li><li>Welding experience is a plus </li><li>Sufficient education or an equivalent combination of experience, education and training that provides the desired knowledge, skills, and characteristics to perform duties of the role </li><li>Must maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record </li><li>Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistence </li><li>Must have a good work ethic, and the ability to understand and carry out written or verbal instructions </li><li>Ability to work in a team environment </li><li>Excellent communication skills </li></ul> <p>Additional Notes:</p> <ul> <li>Must have the ability to work nights, holidays and/or weekends when required </li><li>Must be available for "Call Out", "Emergency," and "Outage" work </li><li>Ability to perform on a regular basis in outside weather conditions consisting of wet, hot, humid, and/or freezing temperatures, also contending with dirt and dust </li><li>Must be willing and able to travel to jobsites which may require overnight stays away from home </li></ul> <p>PM21</p> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer</p>
