<p>Job Summary: This position is responsible for the timely and accurate invoice processing and payment to wholesalers and CDC vendors</p> <p>Key Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure complete and accurate processing of invoice transactions in a timely manner </li><li>Research and resolve vendor inquiries related to invoice payment activities </li><li>Identify issues, research solutions, and form recommendations for resolution </li><li>Identify process gaps and implement exception reporting pertaining to missing invoices </li><li>Delegate and prioritize assignments based on complexity and team availability </li><li>Lead the development of training programs for direct reports </li><li>Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement </li><li>Ad hoc duties as needed </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <p>Education: Bachelors/4-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience</p> <p>Years of Relevant Work Experience: 3+ years of accounting experience</p> <p>Years of Management Experience: N/A</p> <p>Specific Knowledge and Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to anticipate, identify, and resolve issues </li><li>Ability to collaborate internally and externally to drive results </li><li>Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills </li><li>Effective written and oral communication skills </li><li>Working knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP requirements </li><li>Ability to identify and respond with urgency and accuracy to the needs of key business partners </li></ul> <p>Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 Annual</p> <p>If an hourly or salary range is included in this ad it represents the range 7-Eleven in good faith believes is the range of compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
