Find your future with us.</p> <p>Boeing Global Services (BGS) is currently seeking a Senior Support Engineering Data Specialist in Hazelwood, MO.</p> <p>In this role, you will be part of a high performing, cross functional team building next generation, state-of-the-art capability. This position will directly report to the BGS Product Support Technical Manager, indirectly report to the AP1 Program Manager, and assigned to one of the three BGS Product Support Integrated Logistics teams.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Leads development, analysis, collection, storing, and reviewing of system support technical data elements and specification and makes recommendations.</p> </li><li> <p>Leads providing recommendations on product supportability and establishes operation maintenance tasks, resources, and support systems to achieve supportability requirements for all equipment subsystems and multiple platforms.</p> </li><li> <p>Identifies, analyzes, and reviews logistics support candidates from product definition and develops logistics support analysis records and report.</p> </li><li> <p>Completes spares provisioning requirements analysis of spare and replacement parts, levels, and stocking for multiple customers under multiple contract types.</p> </li><li> <p>Leads technical documentation preparation for operating, testing, and maintaining aircraft systems/ components.</p> </li><li> <p>Reviews and leads evaluation of aircraft and/or fleet operational performance, reliability, and availability and provides recommendations for a single or multiple airline customers, single or multiple aircraft model and system specialties.</p> </li><li> <p>Supports, produces, delivers, sustains, and manages S1000D compliant operating, wiring, and technical orders.</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with all applicable functions and other program product teams to ensure necessary people/skills, facility and information technology resources to execute statement of work according to cost and schedule commitments.</p> </li><li> <p>Work with applicable subject matter experts to define Integrated Logistics Support technical approaches and ensures adherence to applicable engineering standards and processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Work with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in the development of Integrated Logistics Support solutions.</p> </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</p> <ul> <li> <p>10+ years of experience in military and/or commercial aircraft maintenance, logistics, and/or product support concepts</p> </li><li> <p>Experience developing logistics maintenance data in a relational database, i.e. Slicwave, Eagle, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working with minimal daily oversight/direction to accomplish business goals and objectives</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience developing Level of Repair Analysis</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in military and/or civilian calibration documentation and procedures</p> </li><li> <p>Experience leading development of complex military systems</p> </li><li> <p>Experience advising a work unit regarding tasks, projects and operations</p> </li><li> <p>Experience building relationships and partnering with customers and all levels of employees, including executives</p> </li><li> <p>Experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders</p> </li></ul> <p>Drug Free Workplace:</p> <p>Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.</p> <p>Pay & Benefits:</p> <p>At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
