<p>Directs the daily operations of the business career center.</p> <p>Major Duties</p> <ul> <li>Leads all strategic planning of the business career center, including the development of goals and objectives. Provides oversight of all operations and work. Implements systemic changes when necessary. </li><li>Establishes and evaluates appropriate policies and procedures as well as the collection, analysis and reporting of all relevant placement-related and assessment data. </li><li>Establishes and maintains strategic employer partnerships designed to support increased undergraduate and graduate student recruitment for jobs, internships, externships and other related opportunities and programs. </li><li>Supports all college orientation sessions for first-year students, transfer students and international students. Assists in developing orientation programs. Coordinates implementation of career information into business courses.
