Join us as we open a world of possibilities.</p> <p>We are currently seeking a Community Relations Ambassador to join our dynamic and growing team!</p> <ul> <li>Full-Time, Exempt Position </li><li>Must reside in Denver, CO </li><li>Growth & Development Opportunities </li></ul> <p>Who we are:</p> <p>The Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) provides services to individuals with developmental delays, including autism.</p> <p>At CSD, our people and programs deliver personalized, professional, evidence-based services to each participant-while giving caregivers peace of mind that their loved ones are receiving the best care possible.</p> <p>What is a Community Relations Ambassador?</p> <p>The Community Relations Ambassador is a strategic leader responsible for identifying and securing growth opportunities, cultivating partnerships, and building lasting relationships with community stakeholders. This individual will drive the organization's revenue goals, elevate its presence, and enhance its reputation through meaningful engagement and collaboration.</p> <p>What your role is:</p> <p>Business Development (60%)</p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth through partnerships, referral source management, and new business opportunities. </li><li>Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, markets, and referral sources aligned with organizational goals. </li><li>Lead outreach efforts to community partners, foundations, local advocacy groups, and public agencies. </li><li>Create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitch materials for key business development and engagement opportunities. </li><li>Track and analyze business development metrics, pipeline performance, and ROI of growth initiatives. </li></ul> <p>Community Engagement (40%)</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and key community stakeholders, including nonprofits, civic leaders, neighborhood groups, and advocacy organizations. </li><li>Design and lead engagement initiatives that foster trust, visibility, and impact within the community. </li><li>Organize and participate in events, roundtables, and public forums to represent CSD and build strategic relationships. </li><li>Develop communication strategies that effectively tell the organization's story and highlight its community impact. </li><li>Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align messaging and amplify outreach efforts. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>What's required from you?</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Relations, Communications, Healthcare, or a related field-or equivalent experience. </li><li>7+ years of progressive experience in business development, sales, partnerships, fundraising, or community relations. </li><li>Experience working in healthcare business development or sales-behavioral health and/or applied behavioral analysis preferred. </li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), referral management, and external provider engagement. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, autonomous environment. </li><li>Proven ability to initiate, nurture, and follow through on outreach to prospective partners. </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to represent the organization professionally to diverse audiences. </li></ul> <p>Benefits & Perks</p> <ul> <li>You will have the opportunity to grow your career in this purpose-filled industry where your work creates meaningful impact.
