<p>Must Have Technical/Functional Skills</p> <ul> <li>Hands-on experience with IBM ODM, including Rule Designer, Decision Center, and Decision Server. </li><li>Proficiency in Java and/or J2EE is often required for integration and development. </li><li>Experience with authoring different types of rules, such as decision tables, action rules, and rule flows. </li><li>Experience with integrating ODM with other systems using various technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP, XML, JSON). </li><li>Proficiency in testing and debugging rule sets and decision services. </li><li>Knowledge of databases (e.g., Oracle) and SQL is helpful for integrating with data sources. </li></ul> <p>Roles & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Candidate will be playing the onsite Sr ODM Developer role </li><li>Participate in all project discussions and understand the scope and requirements for ODM area </li><li>Able to coordinate all the TCS internal and external project teams </li><li>Experience in version control systems (e.g., Git, TFS) and their use in managing rule changes. </li><li>Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. </li><li>Experience with Agile development methodologies. </li><li>Experience with migrating from older versions of IBM's rule engine to the current ODM platform. </li><li>Experience with WebSphere Application Server is often required for deploying and managing ODM applications. </li><li>In addition to these core responsibilities and skills, as an ODM Developer Experience in Healthcare Domain can be a plus. </li></ul> <p>Generic Managerial Skills, If any</p> <ul> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for working with different teams. </li><li>Need to Handle Customer Communications and Management Reporting </li><li>Work closely with customer leadership team and architects </li><li>Able to present ODM Capabilities </li><li>Onsite/Offshore coordination </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 a Year</p> <p>TCS Employee Benefits Summary:</p> <p>Discretionary Annual Incentive.</p> <p>Comprehensive Medical Coverage: Medical & Health, Dental & Vision, Disability Planning & Insurance, Pet Insurance Plans.</p> <p>Family Support: Maternal & Parental Leaves.</p> <p>Insurance Options: Auto & Home Insurance, Identity Theft Protection.</p> <p>Convenience & Professional Growth: Commuter Benefits & Certification & Training Reimbursement.</p> <p>Time Off: Vacation, Time Off, Sick Leave & Holidays.</p> <p>Legal & Financial Assistance: Legal Assistance, 401K Plan, Performance Bonus, College Fund, Student Loan Refinancing.</p> <p>#LI-SP1</p>
