Learn more at www.rmsmachining.com and www.cretexmedical.com.</p> <p>HR Generalist Position Summary</p> <p>The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for contributing to the company's performance by supporting company and human resources objectives in the areas of performance management, talent acquisition, training and onboarding, communications, wellness, and the interpretation and application of employment policies and procedures.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for contributing to the company's performance by supporting company and human resources objectives in the areas of performance management, talent acquisition, training and onboarding, communications, wellness, and the interpretation and application of employment policies and procedures.</p> <p>Essential Job Functions</p> <ul> <li>Build strong and trusting relationships with the company business leaders and human resources </li><li>Lead HR projects and initiatives from the business and from the corporate office </li><li>Mentor and provide support to HR team members at your facility or any of the operating companies </li><li>Make recommendations, advise, coach leads, supervisors, and managers </li><li>Identify and lead more complex process improvement initiatives </li><li>Resolve employee relations issues </li><li>Partner with line managers to proactively define workforce needs and key roles, implement tactical and strategic plans to meet business goals </li><li>Conduct onboarding and offboarding sessions </li><li>Facilitate the 30-60-90-day check ins with employees </li><li>Support workplace committee teams to include wellness and people and culture </li><li>Ensure the HRIS system, employee files, and I-9 documents are accurate and maintained </li><li>Coordinate injury management and employee leaves </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or an active HR certification through SHRM (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) </li><li>5 years of HR experience in HR </li><li>Experience recruiting entry level to management level positions in a manufacturing environment </li><li>Knowledge of state, local, and federal employment laws, and regulations </li><li>Excellent communication skills </li><li>Experience consulting on a wide variety of employee relations situations </li><li>Focused problem-solving skills, analytical and system thinking ability; demonstrated through previous experience </li><li>Strong initiative and results orientation </li><li>Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) </li><li>Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Attention to detail </li><li>Organizational skills </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment </li><li>Ability to prioritize and multitask </li></ul> <p>rms Company Benefits</p> <p>As a Cretex Medical company, rms offers a full benefit package to its employees. Testing is conducted on a periodic basis to ensure that all chemicals are kept well below the OSHA permissible exposure levels.</p> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>USD $60,000.00 - USD $80,000.00 /Yr.</p> <p>Pay Range Details</p> <p>This pay range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions within this job grade, based on our market-based pay structures. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions. While the full hiring range is shared for transparency, offers are rarely made at the minimum or maximum of the range.</p>
