<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>Bussers are responsible for providing a clean and pleasant dining experience by clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables, and ensuring the dining room is well-stocked and tidy. The busser, in the absence of a bar back will support the bar staff to ensure the bar is stocked with ice, bus tubs are emptied, dining spaces are cleared and clean.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Clear tables of dishware and napkins after meals, and return them to the kitchen </li><li>Prepare coffee, tea, and ice water for customers </li><li>Keep floors and chairs near dining tables clean by sweeping and mopping </li><li>Maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dishware </li><li>Clean, sanitize, and reset tables after meals </li><li>Refill salt, pepper, and other condiments at tables </li><li>Assist with food delivery in the absence of the food runner </li><li>Assist with bar bussing in the absence of a bar back </li><li>Assist with steps of service as requested by servers (bread, silverware, special guest request) </li><li>Keep designated service stations clean and well stocked </li></ul> <p>This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the associate occupying this position.
