The ideal candidate would need to be: Resilient Detail oriented Ambitious Demonstrate high integrity</p> <p>What you'll do...</p> <ul> <li>Produce the daily and weekly production schedules for blankers, presslines and sub-assemblies (Volume/Mix/Sequence) </li><li>Utilize the Common Material Management System (CMMS) Inventory Management System to schedule all lines and to communicate to plant management Production and shipping intentions </li><li>Follow up on customer shipments and distributions daily </li><li>Support final balance outs and running changes to customers </li><li>Track daily shipping status, daily parts follow-up and min/max reporting to support production schedule </li><li>Coordinate shipments to and from all suppliers / warehouses </li><li>Correct shipping transactions and monitor/validate production counts and scrap transactions </li><li>Provide MP&L and production team with daily line-ups </li><li>Perform cycle count analysis and control CMMS cycle entry </li><li>Coordinate special counts to assure actual physical inventory balances match inventory records </li><li>Assist with plant cycle schedule and count confirmation </li><li>Respond to VO/PTO schedule changes, react to quality, shipping, and schedule changes </li><li>Assist in managing bailment activities as the need arises </li><li>Assist in backing up MP&L salaried personnel as required </li><li>Work in a rotating shift environment - afternoon shift with weekends as need </li></ul> <p>Scheduling</p> <ul> <li>Ability to schedule multiple press lines. </li><li>Ability to schedule multiple blanker and auto shear lines. </li><li>Ability to schedule multiple AP Prog Presses. </li><li>Ability to schedule multiple assembly lines. </li><li>Attend daily production meetings and advise management on production schedules. </li><li>Involved with daily rail carload plans. </li></ul> <p>Distribution.</p> <ul> <li>Advanced knowledge of customer shipping plan. </li><li>Develop JIT window shipping times. </li><li>Develop and maintain customer product releases. </li><li>Experience with product billing and transaction resolution. </li></ul> <p>Inventory verification</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of cycle process, inventory performance and data. </li><li>Negative balance reconciliation. </li><li>Engineering change administration. </li><li>Supplier and customer release integration. </li><li>Production resource actions. </li><li>Set up material processing orders. </li><li>Bailment and consignment knowledge. </li></ul> <p>Metal / Aluminum Analyst</p> <ul> <li>Raw Material Ordering </li><li>Raw Material Receiving </li><li>Raw Material Disbursement </li><li>Sheet 3 -
