This hands-on role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in ensuring high-quality, production tasks.</p> <p>Schedule: 12:00am - 8:30am</p> <p>Pay: $24.15/hr.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Set up, operate, and perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment with minimal supervision. </li><li>Monitor and maintain raw material feeds, clear faults, and troubleshoot stoppages on automated machinery. </li><li>Use Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) to adjust processes and correct deviations in production. </li><li>Ensure proper material preparation and timely job execution for on-time delivery, troubleshooting mechanical issues as needed. </li><li>Utilize computer systems for material inventory management and quality control processes. </li><li>Follow safety protocols, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and standard operating procedures, including packaging and shipment preparation. </li><li>Work independently or in small teams to resolve production issues, maintain a clean work environment, and support process improvements. </li></ul> <p>Requirements: H.S. or Associate degree 2-4 years of experience.</p> <p>Preferred Skills and Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency with manufacturing instruments such as micrometers, calipers, feeler gauges, dial indicators, and optical gauging tools. </li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in automated machines, discrete assembly, robotics, and troubleshooting production processes. </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment with a self-motivated and team-oriented mindset. </li><li>Solid understanding of production processes, quality control techniques, and raw material handling. </li><li>Basic mathematical skills, including arithmetic, algebra, and geometry, for accurate measurements and calculations. </li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities, including root cause analysis and process optimization in a manufacturing setting. </li></ul> <p>Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance, a 401(k)-retirement savings plan, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), commuter/parking accounts, Health Savings Account (HSA), and AD&D insurance, and People Perks (additional employee discounts).</p> <p>Be a key part of a dynamic team where your professionalism and organizational skills will shine!
