Reporting to marketing leadership, this role leads a team of marketing strategists in delivering campaigns and initiatives aligned with organizational goals. The Manager partners with business units and cross-functional teams in side the department and external to ensure marketing efforts are insight-driven, member-focused, and measurable. This role contributes to building a strong brand presence and supports strategic initiatives that advance Lake Trust's purpose of creating a World in Which Everyone Thrives.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Support career development and ensure alignment with departmental goals. </li><li>Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand standards. </li><li>Use member and market research to inform marketing strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to identify data needs and apply insights to segmentation and targeting. </li><li>Manage portions of the marketing budget, including paid media allocations. Monitor campaign performance and optimize spend for maximum ROI. </li><li>Support the development of both ongoing and responsive marketing campaigns. Leverage data to inform journey-based and seasonal marketing efforts. </li><li>Track and report on campaign effectiveness, media performance, and member engagement. Use analytics to refine future strategies. </li><li>Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with Lake Trust's brand guidelines and values. Collaborate with compliance and internal stakeholders as needed. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. </li><li>5-8 years of marketing experience, with 2-4 years in a leadership or management role. </li><li>Experience in financial services marketing preferred. </li><li>Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and campaign management. </li><li>Experience working with external agencies and vendors. </li><li>B2C marketing experience required, B2B marketing experience preferred </li><li>Experience using Marketing Automation and/or Data Platforms to launch personalized communication. </li><li>Strong grasp of the complex media environment and effective management of paid media opportunities. </li><li>Knowledge of social media platforms and practices along with digital analytics and marketing automation tools. </li><li>Experience developing, optimizing and managing data-driven marketing programs. </li><li>Understanding of market segmentation, campaign projections and ROI measurements. </li><li>Experience working within a strong brand platform. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Get</p> <ul> <li>Ability to collaborate and build a sense of togetherness that contributes to a positive work environment. </li><li>Being open to change and embracing new opportunities can lead to diverse experiences and career advancement. </li><li>By prioritizing member wellbeing, which leads to increased engagement, improved team dynamics, higher levels of motivation and a stronger community culture. </li></ul>
