<p>About the Role</p> <p>This role is responsible for translating business needs into sourcing strategies that support Ariat's operational and growth objectives. You will build and lead the company's end-to-end strategy and execution for indirect spend categories, including marketing and creative services, marketing fixtures, facilities, professional services, HR services, hardware, fulfillment components, corporate operations, and other non-merchandise related items.</p> <p>The role focuses exclusively on indirect procurement and does not include product sourcing, advertising spend, logistics, or transportation.</p> <p>You'll Make a Difference By</p> <ul> <li>Conducting spend analysis and market benchmarking </li><li>Developing a 3 to 5-year souring opportunity roadmap </li></ul> <p>RBF Leadership & Supplier Management</p> <ul> <li>Leading end to end sourcing processes including RFIs/RFPs, bid evaluation, negotiation strategies, and award recommendations </li><li>Building total cost of ownership (TCO) models and scenario analyses </li><li>Establishing structured supplier performance management system, including KPIs, SLAs, QBRs, and scorecards </li></ul> <p>Contract Management & Governance</p> <ul> <li>Partnering with Legal to develop standardized terms, creating MSA templates and contracts, and mitigating risk. </li><li>Defining, implementing, and enforcing procurement policies, purchasing standards, and approval workflows. </li><li>Collaborating with FP&A to forecast category spend and savings, ensuring budgets accurately reflect contract terms. </li><li>Tracking, validating, and reporting realized savings, cost avoidance, and financial impacts. </li><li>Owning and managing procurement systems, maintaining data integrity, enabling workflow automation, and delivering reporting and analytics. </li><li>Influencing senior-level decision-making through data-driven insights and recommendations. </li><li>Building high-trust relationships across the enterprise to drive adoption of procurement initiatives and policies. </li><li>Assisting with other responsibilities as needed </li></ul> <p>About You</p> <ul> <li>12+ years of progressive procurement or strategic sourcing experience, with strong indirect category experience </li><li>Bachelor's degree required; MBA or certifications (CPSM, CSCP, CTL) preferred </li><li>Experience in consumer products, retail and/or apparel or footwear a plus </li></ul> <p>About Ariat</p> <p>Ariat is an innovative, outdoor global brand with roots in equestrian performance. We develop high-quality footwear and apparel for people who ride, work, and play outdoors, and care about performance, quality, comfort, and style.</p> <p>The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $170,000 per year.</p> <p>The salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data for geographic locations. Ariat in good faith believes that this posted compensation range is accurate for this role at this location at the time of this posting.
