<p>Apply</p> <p>Description</p> <p>Per Diem Outpatient Group Clinician (Evenings)Ramsey, NJ</p> <p>About the Position:</p> <p>The Outpatient Group Clinician is responsible for providing best-in-class group facilitation with the purpose of creating an individualized recovery experience that incorporates the mind, body, and spirit of each client. The Outpatient Group Clinician is expected to provide IOP group therapy, OP group therapy, specialized group therapy as indicated/assigned, and crisis management as needed.</p> <p>Schedule:</p> <p>Per Diem</p> <p>Weekday Evening Availability is Required</p> <p>Your Role:</p> <ul> <li>Facilitate IOP and OP groups with a focus on integrated care. </li><li>Collaborate and consult with the outpatient interdisciplinary team members regarding group member clinical processes and needs. </li><li>Assist with client drug and alcohol screening process as needed. </li><li>Provide crisis management as needed. </li><li>Complete all required and assigned trainings in a timely manner. </li><li>Maintain clinical chart via electronic medical records in accordance with agency and accreditation standards of same day documentation. </li><li>Participate in individual and group clinical supervision as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Graduate Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or related field required. </li><li>Holds and maintains independent licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of New Jersey, preferred. </li><li>Holds and maintains associate licensure as an LSW, LAC, or MFT-A in the state of New Jersey, required. </li><li>Previous experience facilitating group therapy, required. </li><li>Previous experience working in an outpatient setting, preferred. </li></ul> <p>Compensation:</p> <p>Rates vary based on the nature of the work performed (clinical vs. non-clinical responsibilities), as well as experience and credentials. Actual pay is determined based on job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, performance, and working conditions.
