Join our client's team as a Human Resource Generalist and play a pivotal role in shaping their organization's success!</p> <p>Overview of the Opportunity:</p> <p>As a Human Resource Generalist, you will be at the heart of their HR operations, handling a diverse range of responsibilities from administrative tasks to high-level functions such as investigations and team member coaching and counseling. Your expertise will ensure that HR processes run smoothly and that team members feel supported and valued.</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including employee records, and compliance. </li><li>Track metrics and suggest and implement improvements related to metrics. </li><li>Conduct thorough investigations and guide on employee relations issues. </li><li>Offer coaching, counseling, and support to employees, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. </li><li>Collaborate with management and team members to interpret policy. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and programs that align with the organizational goals. </li><li>Identify training needs and administer or coordinate training and onboarding. </li></ul> <p>If you are a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for people and a knack for problem-solving, we would love to hear from you. Join our client's team and make a meaningful impact on the team and their company!</p> <p>Work Schedule:</p> <p>This role will be a direct hire, full-time role with the client company (not contract/temp). The position will be on the evening off shift. Enjoy flexibility, as your schedule can be adjusted during the week to accommodate both personal and business needs. Standard hours are between 7 PM and 3 AM. Some days could be 5 PM to 1 AM, for example, or any combination that provides evening coverage and availability.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Degree in Human Resources related field. Masters degree a plus. </li><li>Or, experience in Human Resources Generalist role. </li></ul> <p>Will consider entry level grad with HR related degree.</p> <p>Skills and Certifications [note: bold skills and certification are required]</p> <p>Must have a personality that fits well with forming relationships with workforce</p> <p>Ability to "stand their ground " when necessary</p> <p>Professional</p> <p>Security Clearance Required: No</p> <p>Visa Candidate Considered: No.</p> <p>Candidate Details</p> <p>Less than 1 year experience</p> <p>Seniority Level - Entry</p> <p>Management Experience Required - No</p> <p>Minimum Education - High School Diploma or Equivalent</p> <p>Willingness to Travel - Never.</p> <p>Ideal Candidate</p> <p>Must be able to form positive relationship with team members (blue collar workforce) and leadership team.</p> <p>Must be able to "stand their ground " professionally when required.</p> <p>Professional and represent the company well.</p>
