<p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <p>In-Park Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Proactively greet guests in a friendly, outgoing manner. </li><li>Provide guests with clear, accurate directions and answers to questions. </li><li>Follow all guidelines and checklists associated with park cleanliness. </li><li>Following all park policies regarding performance and attendance. </li><li>Maintaining the cleanliness of all guest and team member restrooms, including ensuring all restrooms are fully stocked, clean, and free of debris. </li><li>Assisting with overall park cleanliness, including sweeping, wash down, and trash removal. </li><li>Maintaining all aspects of patio area cleanliness, including but not limited to, wiping down all tables, emptying trash cans when full, sweeping midways, etc. </li><li>Completing any other tasks as assigned, which benefit the overall cleanliness of the facility. </li></ul> <p>Team Member Expectations</p> <ul> <li>Maintain proper grooming and uniform guidelines at all times. </li><li>Follow and enforce all park policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner at all times. </li><li>Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well with others. </li><li>Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with Guest, other Team Members, and leadership. </li><li>Ability to handle multiple projects, while paying close attention to details. </li><li>Use efficient time management to complete required tasks and projects. </li></ul> <p>Skills and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be at least 16 years old. </li><li>Must be professional, self-motivated, and have an enthusiastic attitude </li><li>Must be willing to actively approach Guests and provide assistance as necessary </li><li>Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others </li><li>Must possess a strong work ethic and have the ability to multi-task </li><li>Must be able to stand for length of shift </li><li>Must be able to carry up to 25 lbs. over 25 feet over various surfaces </li><li>Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions </li><li>Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends </li><li>Requires continuous standing, bending, twisting, and lifting </li></ul>
