The Construction Foreman is responsible for supervising and leading a team of workers, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing project timelines. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to accomplish department goals. This is an opportunity for a long term position and to join a growing company.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Perform general construction tasks with a focus on concrete and electrical work </li><li>Oversee three-to-four-man crew and coordinate subcontractor crews as necessary </li><li>Safely operate and maneuver equipment trailers </li><li>Read and understand blueprints and build to specification instructions with precision and quality </li><li>Ensure job is coordinated from start to finish to maximize efficiency and safety </li><li>Maintain daily logs and provide detailed and accurate reporting of daily duties performed through quality photo progress reports. </li><li>Preform restoration of areas where work has been performed (leveling, seed, and straw) </li><li>Maintain a safe and clean jobsite and provide JSA's </li><li>Responsible for work outcomes that are assigned </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li><li>Construction practices and quality knowledge </li></ul> <p>Requirements and Skills</p> <ul> <li>Must be willing to travel nationwide up to 85% of the time. </li><li>3 years' experience as a construction foreman </li><li>Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Exceptional critical thinking skills </li><li>Knowledge of MS Office related software </li><li>Must pass a pre-employment drug test </li></ul> <p>Compensation and Benefits</p> <ul> <li>PTO </li><li>401(k) match </li><li>Health, dental, vision, and life insurance </li></ul>
