As a division of DSS, Inc., Juno Health has specialized in developing forward-thinking health information solutions for more than 30 years.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>As a Clinical Analyst I, you will support our clients by providing expert assistance with DSS and partner software applications. You'll triage technical issues, guide users through system functionality, and ensure seamless clinical workflows.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Respond to multi-channel client requests (phone, email, chat, ticketing system) for EHR/EMR application support.</p> </li><li> <p>Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to clinical applications, configuration, and data.</p> </li><li> <p>Document and maintain training materials, support guides, and knowledge base articles.</p> </li><li> <p>Troubleshoot and resolve system interface issues (labs, diagnostics, practice management).</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate cross-functionally to reproduce, escalate, and resolve issues efficiently.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide timely updates and communicate resolutions to clients and stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and Service Level Agreements.</p> </li><li> <p>Contribute to process improvements and feedback loops for enhanced service delivery.</p> </li></ul> <p>The preceding functions are examples of the work performed by employees assigned to this job classification.
