Academic advising focuses on helping students transition into college, planning educational goals, and supporting retention and graduation through collaboration with faculty mentors. Academic advisors work with traditional, transfer, and undeclared students, ensuring they stay on track for graduation through constant engagement and monitoring. The academic advisor role is geared toward supporting student success, providing both academic and career advising while maintaining high standards of professionalism and collaboration within their respective college.</p> <p>Required Education</p> <p>Advisor: Master's degree.
