<p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Develops lesson plans to address those needs to include individualized training for assignments </li><li>Provides necessary instruction for Adult Basic Education/General Education Development program </li><li>Administers necessary tests </li><li>Evaluate inmates provides necessary direction for inmates </li><li>Maintains discipline and/or security of instructional area </li><li>Attends education meetings, unit staff meetings and in-service training </li><li>Prepares required records and reports </li><li>Maintains inventory and orders supplies and materials needed </li><li>Performs other education and/or related duties as requested by education administrators </li><li>Performs other duties as required on assignment </li></ul> <p>Applicants who possess a Baccalaureate degree & an Adult Educator four year permit and/or are eligible to receive a four-year permit from the Ohio Department of Education, may be considered.</p> <p>Any current Teacher Certificate appropriate grade level to be assigned; Teacher 1, 71721, must also have baccalaureate degree or less;</p> <p>Job Skills: Education, Developing Others, Emotional Intelligence, Cultural Awareness, Customer Focus</p>
