<p>About This Role</p> <p>The consultant will play a critical role in improving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of treasury operations, while also ensuring proper documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.</p> <ul> <li>6 month Project plus benefits offered </li><li>Pay Range $70-90/hour </li></ul> <p>What You Will Work On</p> <ul> <li>Assess and document current-state treasury processes, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization </li><li>Design and build automated workflows and reporting solutions </li><li>Partner closely with Treasury, Finance, and IT stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements </li><li>Translate business needs into scalable, technology-driven solutions </li><li>Develop clear process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user guides </li><li>Lead training sessions and knowledge transfer to ensure long-term sustainability of implemented solutions </li><li>Provide recommendations on best practices for treasury operations and reporting automation </li><li>Support testing, validation, and refinement of implemented solutions </li></ul> <p>What You Will Bring</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in treasury operations, finance transformation, or treasury technology consulting </li><li>Hands-on experience with Sigma (strongly preferred) or similar data/analytics platforms </li><li>Experience automating financial or treasury processes (cash management, forecasting, reporting, etc.) </li><li>Strong understanding of treasury workflows, systems, and controls </li><li>Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders </li><li>Experience documenting processes and delivering end-user training </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience working in a manufacturing or global organization </li><li>Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and integrations with reporting tools </li><li>Background in data modeling, reporting automation, or business intelligence tools </li></ul> <p>What You Can Expect</p> <ul> <li>An inspirational place for you to do your best work, be engaged in meaningful ways, and continually develop the skills, competencies and qualities that set our team apart. </li><li>Compensation commensurate with your qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market and operational factors. </li><li>Total Rewards include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Professional Development Program, Paid Time Off and Paid Sick Time (in geographies where legally required). </li></ul> <p>What We Do</p> <p>At RGP, we're creating a future where businesses produce their best work without constraints.
