<p>Description</p> <p>Currently we are seeking an HR & Credentialing Support Coordinator that will provide administrative support throughout the onboarding process for employees and students. This role is critical in helping new team members feel welcome, prepared, and fully supported as they transition into their roles.</p> <p>The HR & Credentialing Support Coordinator provides high-level administrative support to the Human Resources department with a focus on onboarding, credentialing, recredentialing, and student programs. This role ensures a smooth and compliant onboarding process for employees, clinical students, and supports the recredentialing of licensed staff.</p> <p>Essential Job Duties:</p> <p>Onboarding:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a primary point of contact for new credentialed hires, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring a welcoming, well-organized experience. </li><li>Track and manage onboarding timelines to ensure credentialed staff receive EMR access (EPIC) and final credentialing approval before their start date. </li><li>Coordinate onboarding logistics, including health screenings, EPIC registration and training, IT access setup, and documentation for credentialing and privileging. </li><li>Lead the access and registration process for all staff, volunteers and students utilizing the EMR system ensuring timely access to the EMR and trainings. </li><li>Ensure timely communication and coordination across departments (e.g., Credentialing, IT, HR, Medical Leadership) to eliminate delays in onboarding. </li><li>Maintain detailed checklists and documentation to monitor onboarding milestones and proactively address potential bottlenecks. </li><li>Partner efficiently with the payer enrollment specialists to coordinate the sharing of all relevant documents and information. </li></ul> <p>Recredentialing:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary administrative contact for the recredentialing and reappointment process for all credentialed providers, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements. </li><li>Maintain up-to-date tracking systems for licenses, certifications, and credentials (e.g., state license, DEA, board certifications, BLS), and proactively notify staff of upcoming expiration dates. </li><li>Coordinate the full recredentialing cycle, including collecting required documentation, preparing provider files for review, submitting applications to the Credentialing Committee, and tracking approval timelines. </li><li>Partner with medical leadership and HR to ensure recredentialing aligns with performance review cycles and ongoing compliance. </li><li>Communicate regularly with providers to ensure timely submission of renewal documentation and assist with troubleshooting any delays or missing information. </li><li>Collaborate with external credentialing agencies or managed care organizations (as applicable) to ensure alignment with payer credentialing standards. </li><li>Audit credentialing files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and readiness for internal or external reviews (e.g., HRSA, Joint Commission). </li></ul> <p>Apprenticeship and Clinical Student Program:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate and provide administrative support for training and professional development programs for staff and students, ensuring smooth execution under the guidance of HR, Operations, and Clinical leadership. </li><li>Coordinate logistics for student clinical rotations and placements, including managing schedules, clinical hour tracking, preceptor documentation, onboarding requirements, and reporting (e.g., OPCWI, academic affiliates). </li><li>Serve as the administrative liaison between the organization and academic partners, ensuring student programs meet institutional and compliance standards. </li><li>Support the development and implementation of apprenticeship and internship programs, including maintaining program documentation, coordinating onboarding and training for participants, and helping to track outcomes and impact. </li><li>Maintain workforce development files, agreements, and performance data to support reporting to funders, accrediting bodies, or leadership as needed. </li><li>Meeting and Committee Support </li><li>Provide administrative support for committee and departmental meetings, including tracking attendance, preparing agendas and recording minutes. </li></ul> <p>Third Street is an equal opportunity employer.
