<p>Position Summary: Immersive Design Systems (IDS) Training & Performance Specialist I</p> <p>Key Responsibilities: 1. Participates in designing, developing and delivering Training and Performance activities as assigned, including: needs assessments, stakeholder meetings, curriculum development using</p> <p>existing/standard project protocols, facilitation, and quality assurance of existing courses.</p> <ol start="2"> <li>Maintains supportive relationships with clinical service partners (CSP) and simulation educators </li></ol> <p>within units to enhance the development of simulation activities and quality assurance</p> <p>mechanisms</p> <ol start="3"> <li>Partners with Production Engineers to identify appropriate applications of simulation technology </li></ol> <p>consistent with specific and/or special needs of stakeholders.</p> <ol start="4"> <li>Assists with the delivery of faculty development programs and activities, including supporting set </li></ol> <p>up and instruction in workshops and refresher courses.</p> <ol start="5"> <li>Supports the monitoring of Training and Performance program effectiveness, through review of </li></ol> <p>standard activity evaluations. Informs Manager of any identified needs for modification and</p> <p>adaptation to ensure IDS offerings are performed according to established standards, guidelines,</p> <p>and instruction</p> <ol start="6"> <li>Develops and maintains advancing knowledge of current simulation trends, practices, and </li></ol> <p>techniques through participation in professional organizations, attendance at conferences,</p> <p>seminars, and other continuing education programs.</p> <ol start="7"> <li>Serves as a member of the IDS Program and interdisciplinary team. Assists/support the execution </li></ol> <p>of department programs and processes across IDS as needed. Communicates issues as they</p> <p>arise to the Manager and Director of Training and Performance.</p> <ol start="8"> <li>Maintains collaborative team relationships with peers and colleagues, contributes to the working </li></ol> <p>group's achievement of goals, and helps foster a positive work environment.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree required</p> <p>Experience: 1 year of related professional experience required. Prior simulation design/delivery experience strongly preferred.</p> <p>The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.</p> <p>Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
