<p>Staffmark is hiring a Quality Control Clerk to support production accuracy and product quality. This role includes auditing, identifying issues, and helping maintain quality standards.</p> <p>Schedule:</p> <ul> <li>1st Shift: $16.38/hr (Mon-Thurs, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM) </li><li>Weekend Shift: $17.13/hr (Fri-Sun, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM) </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Audit products and documentation for accuracy </li><li>Record and report discrepancies </li><li>Assist in resolving quality issues and identifying root causes </li><li>Support Non-Conforming Materials Report (NCMR) and First Article (FA) processes (training provided) </li><li>Assist with all QA department functions </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED </li><li>Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) </li><li>English reading and writing proficiency </li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills </li><li>Ability to count, identify product variations, and suggest process improvements </li><li>Comfortable adapting to changing job needs </li><li>Team-oriented and dependable </li></ul> <p>Why You'll Love This Job:</p> <p>We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, financial goals, and work-life balance.
