<p>2025-2026 Easterseals Wisconsin Transition Coordinator</p> <p>Easterseals Wisconsin operates Camp Wawbeek and Respite Camp in Wisconsin Dells, WI. These camps are therapeutic recreation programs for children, youth, and adults with a wide range of disabilities. Campers engage in a full range of accessible activities in a safe and supportive environment. This allows the parents and caregivers a much needed break from primary caregiver responsibilities. Further help on this page can be found by clicking here.</p> <p>Member Duties : The Transition Coordinator will help to expand our Transition program for teens and young adults with a variety of disabilities. This position will concentrate on developing resources and activities related to post-secondary education, leisure interests, vocational resources, job shadowing, and general programming. Member will complete 300 hours of service including four Transition weekend sessions in Wisconsin Dells, WI. A required training weekend is held September 2025 in Wisconsin Dells, WI.
