This US-based technology as a service company is headquartered in Los Angeles, California.</p> <p>About the Role:</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Specialist to oversee and enhance our IT infrastructure and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, hardware maintenance, and end-user support, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across our technology stack.</p> <p>You will partner closely with the IT Manager to execute on key IT initiatives, deliver operational excellence, and the Security Engineer for a compliant, security-centered and efficiency-driven approach to how we deliver technology across the company.</p> <p>This is a hybrid position requiring regular on-site presence in our Burbank office to support in-office systems, equipment and employee needs.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Infrastructure Management: Administer and maintain on-premises servers, networks, and related systems to ensure high availability and performance. Implement and manage monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve issues. </li><li>End-User Support and Service Management: Provide end-user support, including onboarding new hires & offboarding (including contractors), managing IT support requests, and ensuring efficient incident resolution. Utilize IT service management platforms (e.g., Jira Service Desk, ZenDesk) for issue tracking and workflow automation. Provide in-person support during peak days and special events. Support office technology such as conference room systems, printers, networks and security devices. Troubleshoot connectivity or performance issues, escalating when needed. </li><li>System Administration: Oversee Identity Providers including OneLogin and Microsoft Azure Active Directory.Manage user accounts, and ensure system security and compliance. Administer productivity suites such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. </li><li>Tool Utilization: Employ endpoint management solutions (e.g., JAMF for macOS, MalwareBytes for Windows).
