Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:</p> <p>Shift Hours: 3pm - 3:30am; weekend availability required</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>Responsible for melting proper coating for production. Verify that coating confirms to customers specifications on recipe/batch documents.</p> <p>Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure that the correct RM number is melted for assigned production line. </li><li>Ensure temperature in melters and enrobers are within specification. </li><li>Ensure melters have abundant amount of coating during daily production and for next day production. </li><li>Able assemble and disassemble Enrober machinery </li><li>Signs-off appropriate documentation. </li><li>Ensure that Enrober kept clean and in working order at start up/change over. </li><li>Maintain working area in clean and clear manner. </li><li>Must have working knowledge of FSP/GMP. </li><li>Visual inspection of coating before melt. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skill and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Food Safety Training </li><li>Mechanical aptitude </li><li>Intermediate communication skills. Ability to read and interpret documents. Ability to write routine correspondence, instructions and procedures. Bilingual speaking skills in both English and Spanish preferred. </li><li>Able to work in high stress/speed environment and be able to deal with emergency situations with calmness </li><li>Basic math skills: Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers, decimals and fractions. Able to compute ratios and percentages.
