<p>Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a SAP Business Analyst with a focus on Supply Chain operations. This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical development team - gathering functional requirements, driving process improvements, and supporting solution design and configuration across key supply chain modules.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with business users to analyze, document, and translate functional requirements into technical specifications for developers </li><li>Support and optimize SAP S/4HANA modules related to: Material Master, Procurement, Plant Maintenance, Warehousing, and Inventory Management </li><li>Provide guidance on SAP security, understanding how roles and authorizations impact both standard and custom functionality </li><li>Work closely with developers to support Fiori front-end design and enhancements </li><li>Participate in SAP implementations (at least two full life cycles preferred), ensuring best practices and efficient configuration </li><li>Document processes, configurations, and user requirements clearly and thoroughly </li><li>Partner cross-functionally to improve process efficiency and system utilization </li><li>Utilize Jira for project tracking and collaboration (a plus)* 6+ years of experience as a SAP Analyst or Techno-Functional Consultant </li><li>Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA (not just ECC) </li><li>Hands-on experience with Supply Chain modules: MM, PM, WM/EWM, and Inventory Management </li><li>Understanding of SAP Security roles, authorizations, and their relationship to functional processes </li><li>Familiarity with Fiori applications and how they integrate with SAP back-end </li><li>Demonstrated ability to document requirements, processes, and testing outcomes effectively </li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills </li><li>Experience with Jira or similar Agile project management tools is a plus </li></ul>
