From comprehensive training to providing necessary protective equipment, we're committed to creating a secure environment for you as you deliver exceptional care in our clients' homes. </li></ul> <p>What you will do:</p> <ul> <li>Our Weekend Track RNs work with an interdisciplinary team to provide added support to hospice patients and families in their homes and facilities. </li><li>Training provided in end-of-life care. </li><li>This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with a team (our teams include RNs, LPNs, aides, physicians, social workers, chaplains, complementary therapists and volunteers). </li></ul> <p>What you will need:</p> <ul> <li>Valid NYS RN license </li><li>Associate's degree in nursing </li><li>1 year RN experience required- preferably in home care </li><li>Previous hospice experience preferred but NOT required. </li><li>Ability to navigate through several EMR platforms </li><li>Good communication skills. </li><li>Valid driver license in good standing and reliable vehicle </li></ul> <p>Community Hospice provides a thorough orientation, preceptors and a supportive work environment. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
