<p>#LI-KW1 #LI-Office</p> <p>Essential Functions and Primary Duties:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Resolve a full range of internal and external customer requests and projects</p> </li><li> <p>Assists with the planning, design and implementation of base and variable pay, as well as executive compensation programs</p> </li><li> <p>Provides analytical support and research for client projects within broad range of industries</p> </li><li> <p>Conducts market-pricing of positions to assess market-competitive compensation; selects appropriate published surveys, matches actual job duties to published survey duties, analyzes and updates data</p> </li><li> <p>Analyzes public financial filing to value Executive and Board base salary, short-and long-term incentive opportunities, benefits and perquisites</p> </li><li> <p>Helps design salary structure and develop pay administration guidelines</p> </li><li> <p>Analyzes job analysis questionnaires or performs job analysis to create client job documentation</p> </li><li> <p>Performs financial modeling and statistical analyzes</p> </li><li> <p>Drafts reports of methodology, findings and recommendations to clients</p> </li><li> <p>Assists in preparing new business proposals</p> </li><li> <p>Help develop recommendations for new compensation strategies and philosophies</p> </li><li> <p>Performing additional responsibilities, as assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's in business or Master's of Business Administration, with a concentration in accountancy, economics, finance or human resources</p> </li><li> <p>Relevant experience preferably with a major consulting firm is strongly desired</p> </li><li> <p>Effective presentation skills</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient use of applicable technology</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred </li><li>1 year of relevant experience </li><li>Must be able to work in a team environment </li><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally </li><li>Proficient use of applicable technology </li><li>Must be able to travel based on client and business needs </li></ul>
