<p>We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Lead to drive revenue growth by building relationships with greenfield Private Equity firms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PE investment strategies, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of developing strategic partnerships within the PE ecosystem.</p> <p>Location: Austin, Chicago, Nashville, Denver</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Identify and build relationships with Private Equity firms. </li><li>Present NetSuite value prop to PE firms </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with PE firm needs. </li><li>Track and analyze sales performance, pipeline activity, and client feedback to optimize strategies. </li><li>Understand PE firms' investment strategies and value-creation goals to tailor sales pitches. </li><li>Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and solutions tailored to PE firms and their portfolio companies. </li><li>Track industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within private equity. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>3-7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within private equity, investment banking, or financial services. </li><li>Existing network and relationships within the private equity ecosystem preferred. </li><li>Strong understanding of PE deal structures, fundraising cycles, and portfolio management. </li><li>Proven track record of B2B sales success, preferably in Saas. </li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills. </li><li>Ability to work independently and thrive in a high-performance environment. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to build executive-level relationships </li></ul> <p>As a world leader in cloud solutions, Oracle uses tomorrow's technology to tackle today's challenges.
