<p>DESCRIPTION</p> <p>The Associate Client Manager supports the Business Manager in executing the mutual business goals of Acosta Group and assigned clients. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day execution, reporting, and client communication for established and growing clients, while ensuring high-quality delivery of programs, promotions, and field execution.</p> <p>This position operates without direct reports and partners cross-functionally with internal teams, field resources, and clients to ensure seamless execution and strong client satisfaction.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Client Support & Execution Management</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support Business Manager and client teams through execution tracking, reporting, and tactical communication.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage day-to-day responsibilities for assigned known clients, ensuring alignment to client goals and expectations.</p> </li><li> <p>Act as a liaison between clients, marketing, field teams, and internal stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Track key metrics, promotion performance, and execution progress.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in promotion planning, execution tracking, and post-promotion analysis.</p> </li></ul> <p>Reporting & Analytics</p> <ul> <li> <p>Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly client reports summarizing activity, performance, insights, and recommended actions.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct post-promotion analysis, category reviews, and performance recaps.</p> </li><li> <p>Review execution data including photos, scoring, and field submissions to ensure quality and compliance.</p> </li><li> <p>Translate data (IRI/Nielsen and internal reporting) into actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders.</p> </li></ul> <p>Project & Program Coordination</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support new program launches by developing instructions, surveys, store lists, and supporting documentation.</p> </li><li> <p>Create and manage Service Orders (SOs), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain service schedules, execution timelines, and reporting cadence across assigned programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Track project deliverables and ensure execution aligns with client expectations and timelines.</p> </li></ul> <p>Quality Control & Execution Oversight</p> <ul> <li> <p>Review field execution submissions (photos, reports, scoring) to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify issues, escalate as needed, and track through resolution.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure consistent execution across markets and programs.</p> </li></ul> <p>Client & Stakeholder Communication</p> <ul> <li> <p>Maintain regular communication with clients, field teams, and internal partners through email, calls, and collaboration tools.</p> </li><li> <p>Respond to client and retailer inquiries or escalations in a timely and professional manner.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide clear updates on performance, risks, and opportunities.</p> </li></ul> <p>Logistics & Operational Support</p> <ul> <li> <p>Coordinate fulfillment and shipping needs related to promotions, displays, inventory, and materials.</p> </li><li> <p>Support inventory tracking and ensure materials are properly allocated and delivered.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with internal logistics and warehouse teams to maintain execution readiness.</p> </li></ul> <p>Special Projects & Promotions</p> <ul> <li> <p>Assist in coordination of special projects, promotions, and client events, including communication, logistics, and reporting.</p> </li><li> <p>Support program rollouts, updates, and execution requirements for retail initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Other assigned duties.</p> </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School diploma/ GED.</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's Degree required.</p> </li><li> <p>1+ year of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Sales Support.</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding of sales processes, promotions, and client management fundamentals.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with reporting tools, data analysis, and syndicated data (IRI/Nielsen preferred).</p> </li><li> <p>Strong organizational and project coordination skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.</p> </li></ul> <p>Core Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Analytical thinking and problem-solving. </li><li>Time management and prioritization. </li><li>Attention to detail and execution excellence. </li><li>Client-focused mindset with a proactive approach. </li><li>Strong interpersonal and highly developed writing skills;
