<p>The Role</p> <p>This role focuses on analyzing sales and inventory data to optimize replenishment and drive growth across our National Accounts. Responsibilities include generating weekly performance reports, managing sales-to-stock ratios, overseeing inventory flow, and supporting retail sales strategies through detailed planning. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams-including Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain-to align forecasts and ensure timely deliveries. Additional duties include managing new store openings, supporting retailer meetings, and leading ad hoc reporting to address dynamic business needs.</p> <p>Role Accountabilities</p> <ul> <li>Analyze topline, category, and location-level sales data alongside inventory levels to identify replenishment needs for North American wholesale retailers-aiming to drive sales growth, reduce returns, and maintain optimal weeks of supply (WOS). </li><li>Produce weekly reports and conduct comparative analyses of sales performance by retailer, franchise, and product category to uncover insights, assess risks, and identify growth opportunities, highly proficient in NetSuite and Looker. </li><li>Manage sales-to-stock ratios, partner with retailers on reorders and returns. Oversee inventory flow including phase-ins, phase-outs, discontinuations, and limited-life SKUs. </li><li>Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Commercial teams to develop retail sales strategies, including bottoms-up SKU-level planning and account-level open-to-buy (OTB) planning. </li><li>Partner with Demand Planning to align sell-in forecasts with dashboard KPIs, ensuring consistency across demand, supply, and financial targets. </li><li>Build strong partnerships with Supply Chain to support shipment tracking and ensure on-time deliveries. </li><li>Own and manage New Door Opening profiles. </li><li>Maintain close cross-functional collaboration with merchandising, e-commerce, planning, education, field, and marketing teams, support account teams in retailer-facing meetings. </li><li>Collaborate on ad hoc reporting efforts to address evolving business needs. </li></ul> <p>Reporting Relationships</p> <p>Reports into AVP within Retail Planning.</p> <p>No Direct reports.</p>
