As the oldest private and senior military college in the U.S., Norwich offers a unique academic and cultural environment, and this role plays a vital part in supporting the campus experience.</p> <p>In this role, you'll oversee multiple high-volume retail locations on campus. You'll also bring a comfort with technology and an eagerness to adopt new tools and programs to enhance the retail dining experience.</p> <p>Incentives</p> <p>RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE!</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Promote and ensure a zero-harm mindset-prioritizing the safety of our teams, guests, and food.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee daily operations across retail dining locations, including branded concepts.</p> </li><li> <p>Drive exceptional food quality and customer service across all units.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage cash handling procedures and uphold Sodexo's financial control protocols.</p> </li><li> <p>Deliver and maintain high client satisfaction through strong service execution and team leadership.</p> </li><li> <p>Supervise, mentor, and support front-line staff, supervisors, and managers in daily activities.</p> </li><li> <p>Implement and maintain HACCP safety programs, Sodexo initiatives, and operational standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead training efforts related to opening/closing procedures, compliance, and team development.</p> </li></ul> <p>What We Offer</p> <p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
