The successful candidate will support the planning and execution of high-impact guest experiences and events at our Experience Center at the company's Headquarters in San Francisco.</p> <p>HQ Experience Center Coordinator Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead agenda creation and planning for HQ Experience Center guest visits, including coordination of tech showcases, presenters, meeting spaces, F&B, and other logistics. </li><li>Coordinate HQ Experience Center customer, partner, and press events, including executive networking receptions and the cinema movie screenings for our tier 1 ecosystem partners. </li><li>Guide and enable the success of cross-functional colleagues who host events at HQ. </li><li>Assist the Experience Center Lead with how we continue to optimize operations, data capture, and deliver value-proving reports essential qualities. </li></ul> <p>HQ Experience Center Coordinator Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in executive briefing center ops, customer service, hospitality, and/or communications, marketing, or media events. </li><li>Positive attitude, a passion for logistics, and strong organizational skills are most critical. </li><li>Passionate about events and strategic guest experiences. </li><li>Comfort in high-pressure, high-visibility moments and an ability to stay calm and solution/action-oriented in those moments. </li><li>Desire to learn, grow, push boundaries, and build efficiency. </li><li>Comfort level with speaking to all levels of staff and management, including C-level executives and talent. </li><li>Intellectual curiosity; interest in consumer technology and the entertainment industry </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint). </li><li>Aptitude to learn tools and platforms this role often leverages, such as Airtable, Smartsheet, Miro, event registration platforms, Concur, and survey tools. </li></ul> <p>Shift:</p> <ul> <li>Available to work evenings and weekends on occasion. </li></ul> <p>(H)</p>
