That's what makes us an actively engaged team, inspired to win together.</p> <p>Job Title: Material Handler - Receiving</p> <p>Reports To: Operations Supervisor</p> <p>Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 am - 2:00 pm, Monday - Friday (OT as required)</p> <p>WHAT YOU'LL DO</p> <ul> <li> <p>Accurately count raw materials upon receipt to verify correct quantity</p> </li><li> <p>Use RF scanner to scan barcodes and update inventory systems in real-time</p> </li><li> <p>Tag and document all materials accurately prior to moving into inventory</p> </li><li> <p>Take digital photographs of incoming items for documentation as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain clear and clean pathways to all internal and external production floor exits</p> </li><li> <p>Follow safe manufacturing and material handling practices at all times</p> </li><li> <p>Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for receiving and storing all products</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockyard and outbuildings</p> </li><li> <p>Perform other duties as assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>WHAT YOU'LL BRING</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or GED required</p> </li><li> <p>Certified fork truck driver with at least one year of experience</p> </li><li> <p>Experience operating LP gas-driven forklifts and moving loads over 1,000 lbs</p> </li><li> <p>Valid driver's license with clean driving history (3 years without serious infractions)</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to operate a bander, shrink wrapper, forklift, tape measure, and calipers</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to identify various material types and gauges</p> </li><li> <p>Strong written and verbal communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Must perform all duties in alignment with UA and ISO standards</p> </li><li> <p>Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds</p> </li><li> <p>Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds</p> </li><li> <p>Occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance</p> </li></ul> <p>12 EXPECTED BEHAVIORS OF AN ACTIVELY ENGAGED PERSON</p> <p>100% Responsible, Trustworthy, Team Player, Clear Communicator, Empathy, Humility, Emotional Self-Control, Resolves Conflict Directly, Positive Attitude, Respects Others, Problem Solver, Agile</p> <p>NOTE</p> <p>Given the nature and size of our product and customer requirements, we require a stringent hiring process to ensure the highest quality product.
