<p>Job Overview:Location: 8900 Page Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri, 63114Shift & Schedule: Primarily 1st shift (days). This role is based onsite in the St. Louis office with regular travel to the GEODIS plant. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed. The Warehouse Manager oversees the direction, coordination, and performance of warehouse operations. This role is responsible for leading warehouse teams, managing third-party logistics support, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.At Keurig Dr Pepper, the consumer is at the heart of everything we do. Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure adherence to all safety, food safety, environmental, and regulatory requirementsManage and develop warehouse supervisors and employees, including hiring, training, performance management, and issue resolutionOversee third-party logistics performance and alignment with operational objectivesDevelop and refine warehouse processes to enhance safety, quality, and efficiencyDrive continuous improvement initiatives targeting cost reduction, service improvement, and complianceTroubleshoot operational challenges to minimize downtime and support business continuityManage inbound and outbound logistics, including concentrate receipts from IrelandDevelop and manage warehouse budget and control expenses, including obsolescenceLead and support daily operations, including training plans, performance feedback, project execution, and communication with internal partners Total Rewards:Targeted annual compensation range of $90,000-$105,000.This is a salaried, exempt position paid biweekly. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
